Exercises for Cubital Tunnel Syndrome
Some people do experience ease by doing exercises that move the Ulna nerve as it passes through the elbow. As a general rule, try doing 3 sets of 10 repetitions. Repeat 2-3 times a day. Mild pulling and discomfort is normal. The exercises aim to move the nerve back and forth. They are not stretches. If these feel too much, consider seeing a health professional for guidance.
Please note, by doing the exercises with your arm out from your side, there will be more of a pull on the nerve and is more challenging. To make things easier, do consider doing this exercise with your arm by your side instead.

An even easier exercise that simply bends and straightens the elbow and moves the nerve as you do so:
