Exercises for Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Some people do experience ease by doing exercises that move the nerve and tendons that pass through the wrist.
As a general rule, try doing 3 sets of 10 repetitions. Repeat 2-3 times a day. Mild pulling and discomfort is normal.
