Pain and/or stiffness around the front, back and/or side of the elbow. It may be painful to bend or straighten the elbow as well as carry or lift objects.
Pain felt on the outer aspect of the elbow. Pain is worse on gripping activities such as lifting with the palm down, wringing out a dishcloth or pouring from a heavy jug/pan.
